Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Interior Site Supervisor for commercial / office interior turnkey projects.
The candidate should be capable of handling site execution and labour independently and have basic to mid-level knowledge of all interior works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling site labour and contractors
- Daily supervision of carpentry, civil, plumbing, electrical & HVAC works
- Ensuring work is done as per drawings and site instructions
- Coordination with project manager / office team
- Checking material usage and avoiding wastage
- Maintaining daily work progress and discipline on site
- Ensuring quality, safety, and timelines are followed
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience of more than a year working in interior or turnkey projects
- Good understanding of:
- Carpentry & modular works
- Basic civil & finishing works
- Electrical & plumbing coordination
- HVAC coordination (basic understanding is enough)
- Ability to manage labour firmly but respectfully
- Must be dedicated, honest, and hardworking
- Able to stay on site full time and handle pressure
