Job Summary:
We are looking for a presentable and detail-oriented Architect Coordinator who will act as a bridge between architects, design teams, and execution teams. The candidate should have strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi, along with a solid understanding of architectural drawings and residential planning (1BHK, 2BHK variants).
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with architects and internal teams for smooth execution of projects
- Understand and interpret architectural drawings, layouts, and plans
- Assist in planning and reviewing 1BHK and 2BHK unit layouts
- Take design requirements and briefs from architects and stakeholders
- Ensure proper coordination and alignment of architectural drawings with site execution
- Maintain updated records of drawings, revisions, and approvals
- Support in resolving design-related queries between site and design team
- Monitor timelines and ensure drawings are delivered as per schedule
- Assist in preparing presentations and documentation related to design planning
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
- Presentable personality with professional attitude
- Strong knowledge of architectural drawings and planning concepts
- Ability to read and understand layouts, sections, and elevations
- Basic understanding of residential planning (1BHK, 2BHK configurations)
- Coordination and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (preferred)
Educational Qualification:
· Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
- Diploma in Architecture or Civil Engineering
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Prior experience in real estate or construction industry
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
