💰 Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹65,000
(Fixed: ₹30,000 – ₹55,000 + Incentives: ₹10,000)
🎓 Education: 12th Pass
🧑💼 Experience: Minimum 5 Years
📝 Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive primary & secondary sales, manage distributors, and expand market presence across the assigned territory.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- 1️⃣ Primary Sales (Company → Distributor)Achieve monthly primary sales targets
- Appoint new distributors in potential micro-markets
- Negotiate and finalize distributor commercial terms
- Ensure timely order placement and stock replenishment
- Monitor distributor stock levels and avoid stock-outs
- Maintain a healthy primary billing cycle
- 2️⃣ Distributor Onboarding & ManagementIdentify and onboard potential distributors
- Evaluate financial and market capability
- Complete onboarding documentation and compliance
- Activate distributors with proper SKU mix
- Train distributor sales staff on products & schemes
- Conduct regular performance review meetings
- Ensure payment discipline and control outstanding
- 3️⃣ Secondary Sales Push (Distributor → Retailer)Expand retail coverage across territory
- Support distributor team in beat planning
- Conduct joint market visits for outlet penetration
- Push focus SKUs and promotional schemes
- Monitor daily secondary sales movement
- Ensure product availability, visibility & placement
- Achieve numeric and weighted distribution targets
- 4️⃣ Market Development & ExpansionIdentify new retail clusters (Gyms, Cafes, General Trade, Modern Trade)
- Increase outlet coverage month-on-month
- Track competitor pricing, schemes, and placement
- Share market intelligence with management
- Drive brand visibility and promotional activities
- 5️⃣ Reporting & DisciplineSubmit daily market visit reports
- Share weekly sales performance updates
- Track primary vs secondary sales alignment
- Maintain distributor and outlet database
- Ensure effective route planning and productivity
✅ Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG / Field Sales
- Strong distributor management experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven with strong market understanding
- Willingness to travel extensively
