Job Description
- 1. Franchise Support & CoordinationAct as the primary point of contact for all franchisees, assisting them with day-to-day operational queries.
- Coordinate onboarding and opening of new franchise outlets, including documentation, training, and pre-opening support.
- Maintain regular communication with franchisees to ensure alignment with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- 2. Operations & ComplianceAssist in monitoring and evaluating the performance of franchise outlets.
- Ensure franchise partners comply with brand guidelines, operational SOPs, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate regular audits and follow up on corrective actions where needed.
- 3. Training & DevelopmentSchedule and support training programs for franchise staff during pre-opening and ongoing operations.
- Liaise with the training department to ensure consistent delivery of content across all locations.
- 4. Reporting & DocumentationCollect, consolidate, and analyze franchise performance data (sales, feedback, inventory, etc.).
- Prepare and maintain reports for internal stakeholders to track franchise performance and compliance.
- 5. Marketing & PromotionsCoordinate execution of local marketing initiatives and brand campaigns at franchise locations.
- Ensure promotional materials are distributed and used correctly.
- 6. Expansion & Development SupportAssist the Franchise Development team in site evaluation, feasibility studies, and franchisee assessments.
- Support franchise discovery days, meetings, and presentations.
- Key Skills & Competencies:Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
- Basic knowledge of QSR operations and standards
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude
- Ability to travel as needed
- Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in a QSR or retail franchise environment
- Prior experience in franchise coordination or operations preferred
