Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Fractional CFO to provide strategic financial leadership on a part-time or consulting basis. The role involves overseeing financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, profitability analysis, compliance, business strategy, and financial reporting to support the company's growth and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement the company's financial strategy aligned with business objectives. • Prepare and monitor annual budgets, financial forecasts, and business plans. • Oversee cash flow management and optimize working capital. • Analyze profitability by project, product line, and business segment. • Establish financial controls, policies, and reporting systems. • Review monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and key performance indicators. • Provide strategic recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency. • Monitor project costing, margins, and overall financial performance. • Support pricing strategies, cost optimization, and contract evaluation. • Ensure compliance with statutory, taxation, GST, audit, and regulatory requirements. • Work closely with the Accounts team on financial reporting and reconciliations. • Liaise with auditors, banks, financial institutions, and external consultants. • Evaluate investment opportunities, capital expenditure, and funding requirements. • Assist management with business expansion, risk management, and financial planning. • Present financial insights and recommendations during leadership meetings. Enzo International 201, Morya Grand, Off New Link Road, Andheri (west) Mumbai – 400053 Required Skills • Strong financial planning and analysis (FP&A) expertise. • Strategic financial leadership and business advisory skills. • Excellent knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. • Expertise in project costing and profitability analysis. • Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards, GST, taxation, and statutory compliance. • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills. • Strong communication and presentation abilities. • Proficiency in financial reporting tools, ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and accounting software. Qualifications • Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory. • MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification is an added advantage. Experience • 12–20 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting. • Prior experience as a CFO, Finance Head, or Senior Finance Leader. • Experience in construction, interior fit-out, manufacturing, engineering, lighting, architectural products, or project-based businesses is preferred. • Previous experience working as a Fractional CFO or financial consultant is an advantage.
