Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. checking in for all clients before class.
2. taking payments through the software.
3. attending to new inquires and explaining the classes at the studio.
4. managaing the attendance of the staff
5. managing the cleaners at the studio.
6. miscellaneous small things here and there.
7. scheduling weekend events and taking bookings.
7. Scheduling the pilates session for next day and taking Whatsapp confirmations.
1. you need to look neat and professional at all times.
2. you need to speak politely and manage issues with clients
3. you need to speak good english and convert clients.
4. you need to be punctual and timely
5. you need to be a friendly to clients and have a smiling face.
