Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs smoothly
Manage reservations, walk-ins, and room allocations
Address guest queries, concerns, and ensure a great stay experience
Coordinate with housekeeping and operations teams for room readiness
Maintain records, billing, and daily reports
Promote in-house activities and services to guests
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Presentable, energetic, and guest-focused attitude
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/booking systems preferred)
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
Prior hospitality experience is a plus
Role Summary:
You’ll be the face of the property—ensuring every guest feels welcomed, assisted, and leaves with a positive experience.
