GST Reconciliation Executive

Job Title: GST Reconciliation Executive

Location: Kanjurmarg, Mumbai

Outsourced to : Spiraea Services Private Limited

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform GST reconciliation of GSTR-2A and GSTR-2B with purchase records
• Identify mismatches and discrepancies in GST data and take corrective actions
• Follow up with vendors for invoice corrections and timely updates in GST returns
• Coordinate internally with the Accounts and Tax teams to resolve reconciliation issues
• Maintain proper documentation and records for GST compliance
• Prepare MIS reports related to GST reconciliation and share updates with management
• Ensure timely closure of reconciliation cycles and reporting deadlines

Assist in audits and provide required data/documents when needed 

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in GST reconciliation or accounting
• Good understanding of GST concepts, especially GSTR-2A & 2B reconciliation
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
• Strong communication skills for vendor and internal coordination

• Working Days: 6 days
