Job Title: Guest Service Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Guest Service Executive to join our Queen Margherita's Pizzeria hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring an excellent guest experience by handling customer interactions, managing service standards, and supporting smooth restaurant operations. The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests in a warm and professional manner
• Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
• Handle reservations, seating arrangements, and guest inquiries efficiently
• Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations
• Supervise guest service associates and ensure service quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area
• Upsell menu items and promote special offers when appropriate
• Support daily operational tasks and closing/opening procedures
• Collect guest feedback and share insights with management
