Job Description

Role: Customer Experience & Operations Associate


This role will work closely with our current team and be involved in:

Managing customer conversations (primarily on WhatsApp)

Handling enquiries and converting them into orders

Supporting daily operations and coordination

Learning how a fast-growing food business actually runs behind the scenes
