Job Description

FIELD JOB IN MUMBAI AREA .. support and maintain computer systems and peripherals / EPABX / CCTV / ATTENDANCE SYSTEMS / PROJECTOR: 


  • Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving hardware and software issues 

  • Installation: Installing new hardware, software, and networks 

  • Maintenance: Keeping hardware and equipment in good working order 

  • Repair: Fixing broken hardware, such as computers, routers, and mobile devices 

  • Upgrades: Improving hardware systems to enhance performance 

  • Documentation: Recording hardware failures, repairs, installations, and removals 

  • Training: Providing assistance and training to end users 

  • Planning: Developing strategies and plans for future hardware needs 

  • Research: Conducting research on computer products to support procurement and development 

  • Specifications: Writing technical specifications for purchasing hardware and related products
