Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and IT systems.


Manage Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, and user access.


Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, network devices, and internet connectivity.


Ensure IT security, antivirus updates, backups, and system patching.


Provide Level-1 and Level-2 technical support to employees.


Maintain IT asset inventory and coordinate with vendors.


Skills & Requirements:


Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.


Knowledge of networking (LAN, WAN, DNS, DHCP).


Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office 365.


Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
