💼 Job Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Hardware & Network Engineer who can handle on-site installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance of computer systems and network infrastructure. This role involves visiting client locations, diagnosing issues, and ensuring systems run smoothly with minimal downtime.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

1. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
2. Set up and manage network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls
3. Troubleshoot hardware issues (motherboard, RAM, HDD/SSD, SMPS, etc.)
4. Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues (LAN/Wi-Fi)
5. Perform OS installation, upgrades, and software configuration
6. Handle structured cabling and basic network setup
7. Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients
8. Maintain service reports and documentation after each visit
9. Coordinate with internal team for escalations and replacement

🧠 Required Skills

1. Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and troubleshooting
2. Good understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
3. Experience with routers, switches, and access points
4. Familiarity with Windows OS installation and configuration
5. Basic knowledge of CCTV and surveillance systems (preferred)
6. Ability to diagnose issues quickly and provide effective solutions
7. Good communication and customer-handling skills
