We are a leading manufacturers of process control instruments with a legacy of over 30 years in the industry. We are currently looking to hire bright, motivated female candidates for the position of Trainee Sales Engineer at our Vasai East facility. Since we offer extensive technical training on specialized sensors and calibration (Radar, Ultrasonic,Capacitance, Float and Pressure transmitters), we believe students from your B.Sc. Role Overview
Join our technical team at our Vasai East facility as a Trainee Sales Engineer. This role is ideal for candidates who want to transition from a technical background into a high-growth business role. You will be the technical point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive the right sensing and measurement solutions for their industrial needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Enquiry Management: Handle technical enquiries via email, phone, and walk-in visits.
- Technical Coordination: Collaborate with the production and technical teams to understand specifications and prepare accurate commercial quotations.
- Sales Conversion: Proactively follow up on quotations to secure Purchase Orders (PO).
- Quality Documentation: Prepare and issue test certificates for all supplied materials to maintain quality standards.
Training & Development
We provide extensive on-the-job training to bridge the gap between your education and industry requirements:
- Manufacturing Training: Learn the production process of Level, Temperature, and Flow Sensors.
- Advanced Calibration: Master the calibration of Ultrasonic, Capacitance, Radar, and Pressure Transmitters.
Compensation & Probation
- Probation Period: 6 Months.
- Training CTC: ₹1.8 Lakhs Per Annum.
- Post-Training Salary: To be discussed and finalized during the interview based on performance and potential.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong communication skills (Written and Verbal).
- Analytical mindset to understand technical specifications.
- Reliable and looking for a long-term career in the Vasai/Palghar region.
