Job Title: Head Chef

Location: Parel, Mumbai

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations in Parel, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing Indian, Chinese, and Continental cuisines and be capable of managing kitchen activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and oversee the cooking of Indian, Chinese, and Continental dishes
• Plan menus and ensure variety and quality in food preparation
• Supervise kitchen staff and maintain discipline in the kitchen
• Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are followed
• Manage inventory, stock, and kitchen supplies
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning
• Train and guide junior kitchen staff

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Chef/Head Chef
• Expertise in Indian, Chinese, and Continental cuisine
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
