About the Role
Teamspace Financial Services Private Limited is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Compliance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess knowledge and hands-on experience in statutory compliance processes, employee benefits administration, and HRMS platforms.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory regulations.
* Handle Provident Fund (PF) and Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) related activities, including registrations, filings, and reconciliations.
* Manage and maintain employee records through the HRMS portal.
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely compliance submissions.
* Prepare and maintain statutory documentation and reports.
* Support audits and compliance reviews as required.
* Stay updated with changes in labor laws and compliance requirements.
* Preferred Candidate Profile
* Knowledge and experience in statutory compliance.
* Hands-on experience with PF, ESIC, and HRMS portals.
* Good understanding of labor laws and statutory regulations.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Good communication and coordination abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, will be an added advantage.

General Shift.
Weekly Off: Sunday.
