Role OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Executive to manage and streamline day-to-day HR processes. The role involves handling employee lifecycle management, maintaining HR records, ensuring compliance, and supporting overall HR efficiency.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end employee lifecycle operations (onboarding to exit formalities)
• Handle documentation & HR MIS, maintaining accurate employee records
• Coordinate onboarding & induction for new hires
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies and processes
• Support performance management processes and appraisal cycles
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth HR operations
• Assist in Recruitment
