Role Summary
Full-time, on-site Human Resources Generalist role in Mumbai, responsible for day-to-day HR operations, including HR policies, employee benefits, leave administration, recruitment support, and compliance with labor laws. The role also focuses on maintaining a positive work culture, handling employee relations, and supporting managers and employees across the organization.
Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business or related field, prior experience as an HR Generalist (manufacturing/production preferred), strong knowledge of HR policies, benefits, and employment laws, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, high integrity in handling confidential information, and proficiency with HR tools/software is an advantage
