HR Recruiter

Position: HR Executive – Recruitment

Department: Human Resources

Job Responsibilities

1. Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions across the organization.

2. Source candidates through job portals, references, social media, and internal databases.

3. Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates as per business requirements.

4. Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.

5. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.

6. Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities.

7. Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases regularly.

8. Understand manpower requirements from different departments and close positions within timelines.

9. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

10. Prepare and release offer letters after management approval.

Candidate Profile

· Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in pure recruitment

· Experience in hiring for NBFC, BFSI, Insurance, or Broking sector

· Good understanding of recruitment cycle

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines

· Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels

Qualification

· Graduate in any discipline

· MBA / PG in HR preferred
