Job Description
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for factory staff, engineers, sales, and corporate roles
- Develop sourcing strategies for blue-collar and white-collar hiring
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies and internal stakeholders
- Ensure timely closure of positions as per business requirements
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Oversee onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit processes
- Maintain employee records, HRMS, and documentation
- Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
- Ensure smooth full & final settlement process
Statutory Compliance & Labour Laws
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, Factory Act, Shops & Establishment Act, Minimum Wages, Bonus Act, Gratuity Act
- Coordinate with consultants and authorities for filings and inspections
- Maintain registers, records, and audit documentation
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters
- Implement engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention
- Maintain healthy industrial relations within factory and site workforce
Performance Management
- Implement performance appraisal systems (KRA/KPI-based)
- Track employee performance and support management decisions
- Drive productivity improvement initiatives
Policy & Process Development
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and systems
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices
- Support ISO / audit requirements
Training & Development
- Identify training needs and organize skill development programs
- Conduct induction and HR policy training sessions
- Support leadership development initiatives
Administration & Coordination
- Oversee general administration functions
- Coordinate with departments like Production, Projects, Sales, and Finance
- Support management in strategic HR planning
- Other Duties: Assigned by the Management of Bharati Fire as and when required.
