Job Description
- Primary ResponsibilitiesSource candidates from job portals, social media, referrals, and local networks.
- Post job advertisements for all positions.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads.
- Verify documents and references.
- Negotiate salary within the approved budget.
- Issue offer letters and appointment letters.
- Complete joining formalities and maintain employee records.
- Coordinate induction and orientation for new employees.
- Maintain a database of candidates for future hiring.
- Follow up with candidates before joining to reduce no-shows.
- Track probation and employee retention.
- KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)Number of positions filled each month.
- Average time taken to fill a vacancy.
- Candidate joining ratio (offers accepted vs. joined).
- 90-day employee retention rate.
- Cost per hire.
- Recruitment within approved salary budgets.
- Quality of hires (performance after probation).
- Employee documentation completed on time.
- Skills RequiredGood communication in Hindi, English, and preferably Marathi.
- Experience with hiring through job portals and social media.
- Strong interviewing and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR documentation.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
