Job Description:
We are hiring an HR Recruiter for in-house hiring. The candidate should have knowledge of recruitment and candidate sourcing through job portals.
Responsibilities:
• Sourcing candidates through Shine, TimesJobs & Naukri portals
• Screening and shortlisting profiles
• Coordinating interviews with candidates
• Maintaining recruitment database and follow-ups
• Handling daily recruitment activities
Requirements:
• Basic knowledge of HR recruitment
• Experience using Shine, TimesJobs & Naukri portals
• Good communication skills
