Job Description

We are hiring enthusiastic and dedicated HR Recruiters for a completely Work From Home role. Candidates should have good communication skills in Hindi and experience or interest in recruitment and candidate coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and candidate follow-ups
  • Coordinate onboarding and documentation process
  • Maintain recruitment records and daily updates
  • Communicate professionally with candidates and clients

Requirements

  • Laptop/Desktop is mandatory
  • Good Hindi speaking skills are mandatory
  • Candidates knowing additional languages like Kannada, Tamil, or Malayalam will be preferred
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work remotely

Salary & Incentives

  • No fixed salary
  • ₹1000 incentive per successful Onboarding
  • First month training support amount: ₹5000
  • Unlimited earning opportunity based on performance
