Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter to handle bulk hiring requirements for blue-collar workforce roles such as Picker/Packer, Delivery Executive, Warehouse Associate, Loader, Helper, and other operational staff. The candidate should have experience in mass hiring, sourcing, screening, and coordinating onboarding activities within defined timelines.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end bulk hiring for blue-collar and operational roles
• Source candidates through job portals, field hiring, references, social media, and vendor networks
• Conduct initial screening and interview coordination
• Schedule and manage walk-in drives and mass recruitment campaigns
• Coordinate with operations and HR teams for manpower requirements
• Maintain daily hiring trackers and recruitment MIS reports
• Ensure timely onboarding and documentation of selected candidates
• Follow up with candidates for joining and retention
• Manage vendor and consultancy coordination, if applicable
• Achieve assigned hiring targets within deadlines
• Required Skills:Experience in bulk/mass hiring
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques
• Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets
• Strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills
• Basic knowledge of Excel and recruitment reporting
