Job Description
Role Clarity Document for 'Officer- Recruitment’:
1. Role: Recruiter in our Company will be a specialized expert in recruiting Telesales Executives (TeleSales Agents).
2. Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end selection process specifically for Telesales Executives, which includes sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, communicating employment terms effectively and finalizing right fit candidates for the defined role.
1. Sourcing candidates through various channels.
2. Building a strong candidates database.
3. Screening and shortlisting candidates.
4. Conducting Interviews as per the Role of the vacancy.
5. Finalizing ‘Right-fit for the Role’ candidates.
6. On boarding of new employees.
7. Reporting and Feedback for improvement.
8. Finding and finalizing regularly variety of sources for candidates.
9. Vendor coordination and management.
10. Maintaining all records of recruitment projects assigned.
11. Prompt planning and successful implementation of the assigned Recruitment
Projects.

1. Starting Salary: ₹ 30,000 per month.
2. Promotion Opportunity: Offered on 3 months of consistent performance.

1. Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd Saturday and Sundays off)
2. Time: 9:45 AM to 6:00 PM
3. Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai
