Job Description
A Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet an organization’s workforce needs.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, skill expectations, and hiring timelines.
- Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews for hiring managers, ensuring timely communication with candidates and panel members.
- Act as the primary point of contact between candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining professional communication and timely updates.
- Support employer branding initiatives through job postings, social media, and recruitment campaigns.
- Prepare recruitment MIS reports and track hiring progress against targets.
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with internal policies and applicable labor regulations.
- Participate in and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business goals, including campus hiring, bulk hiring, lateral hiring, and referral programs.
- Coordinate campus recruitment activities such as college tie-ups, job fairs, pre-placement talks, interviews, and offer rollouts.
· Handle onboarding documentation, ensuring collection, verification, and completion of all joining formalities in line with company policies.
· Coordinate pre-employment checks including background verification and document validation.
· Ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new joiners.
· Responsible for the documentation of the complete employee life cycle through HRMS
