Job Description
JOB ROLE
We are looking for dynamic and result-driven professionals to join our offshore recruitment team. The role involves sourcing, screening, and deploying skilled manpower for international offshore projects.
🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for offshore positions (Roustabout, Welder, Rig Crew, Marine Crew, etc.)
- Source candidates through job portals, social media & database
- Screen resumes & conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate with clients for requirements & manpower planning
- Maintain candidate database & recruitment reports
- Handle documentation & onboarding process for selected candidates
- Ensure timely mobilization of crew for international projects
🔹 REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in recruitment / HR / talent acquisition (Offshore or overseas hiring preferred)
- Strong communication & coordination skills
- Knowledge of offshore roles & documentation is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of MS Office & job portals
