Job Title: HR Recruiter
Company: Recruitment & Staffing Firm
Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to handle sourcing, screening, and interview coordination using platforms like Apna, WorkIndia, and JobHai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Maintain candidate data and reports
- Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth hiring process
Requirements:
- Recruitment experience preferred (not mandatory)
- Ability to handle multiple requirements
Additional Details:
- 2nd & 4th Saturday off
- Work Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM
