Qualification: Graduate 

Experience: 3+Years

Salary: Upto 5LPA

Key Responsibilities

*Recruitment & Talent Acquisition*

* Handle hiring for roles like technicians, engineers, service staff, and back-office

* Source candidates through job portals, consultants, and references

* Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews

*On boarding & Employee Lifecycle*

* Manage joining formalities, documentation, and induction

* Maintain employee records and HR database

* Handle confirmations, exits, and full & final settlements

*Payroll & Attendance*

* Monitor attendance, leaves, and shift schedules (if applicable)

* Coordinate payroll inputs with accounts/finance team

* Ensure statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, PT)

*Compliance & Statutory*

* Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements

* Maintain records related to PF, ESIC, bonus, gratuity, etc.

* Assist in audits and inspections

*Employee Engagement & Relations*

* Address employee queries and grievances

* Conduct engagement activities and retention initiatives

* Maintain discipline and workplace policies

* Performance Management

* Support appraisal cycles and performance tracking

* Coordinate with department heads for feedback and reviews

*HR Operations*

* Draft HR letters (offer, appointment, increment, warning letters, etc.)

* Update HR policies and SOPs

* Support management in HR reporting and MIS
