Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent

• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social platforms

• Schedule and conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers

• Screen and assess candidates for role suitability and cultural fit

• Strengthen employer branding initiatives to position Bilivin Education as a preferred

employer

• Maintain and update candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

• Handle joining formalities and conduct employee inductions

• Manage attendance tracking and support basic HR operations

• Ensure a smooth and professional hiring experience for candidates
