Position:
HR – Officer / Executive/Assistant Manager - Male
Location:
Mumbai / Pune / Nashik, Maharashtra
Criteria:
- Any Graduate, MBA in HR preferred
- 1- 5 years in recruitment (preferably BFSI / Microfinance/Banking)
- Bike mandatory
Job Duties:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
- Conduct screening and selection of candidates
- Coordinate with stakeholders for hiring requirements
- Handle candidate joining and onboarding processes
- Maintain MIS reports and recruitment data tracking
