About the Role
Nidhi Decor Private Limited is looking for a responsible and experienced HR Manager to independently handle all HR functions of the company. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will manage everything from hiring the right people to ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring
- Source and screen candidates for open positions across departments
- Conduct interviews and coordinate final selections with management
- Prepare offer letters and manage the onboarding process
- Handle terminations and exit formalities professionally and as per company policy
Payroll Management
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees
- Maintain attendance, leave, and overtime records for salary computation
- Ensure statutory deductions — PF, ESIC, PT, TDS — are correctly applied
- Generate and distribute salary slips every month
- Coordinate with accounts for timely salary disbursement
People Management
- Be the go-to person for all employee queries and concerns
- Handle disciplinary matters, warnings, and corrective action
- Conduct performance appraisals and maintain review records
- Drive employee engagement and maintain a positive work culture
- Manage employee separations including full and final settlements
HR Operations
- Maintain employee files, contracts, and records (physical and digital)
- Draft and implement HR policies and standard operating procedures
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws
- Track attendance, leaves, and regularisations on a daily basis
- Prepare HR reports and headcount summaries for management
Who We Are Looking For
- Graduate or postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a hands-on HR role
- Must have prior experience managing payroll independently
- Good knowledge of PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements
- Strong people skills — approachable, firm when needed, and discreet
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of any HRMS software is a plus
- Good communication in English and Hindi
