Andheri, Mumbai <a href='https://www.bayleafhrsolutions.com'>www.bayleafhrsolutions.com</a> Human Resources / Talent Acquisition Talent Acquisition Manager / HR Manager Job Summary Bayleaf HR Solutions is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team in Andheri, Mumbai. The role involves end-to-end recruitment for various positions within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet client manpower requirements, while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with organizational culture. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Understand business requirements and coordinate with hiring managers/clients to fulfill manpower needs. Source candidates using job portals, social media, networking, employee referrals, and headhunting. Conduct preliminary telephonic interviews to evaluate candidate suitability (skills, experience, culture fit). Schedule and coordinate interviews with business leaders and provide timely feedback. Maintain recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles. Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, client standards, and BFSI regulatory guidelines. Represent Bayleaf HR Solutions at career fairs, campus drives, and networking events. Support employer branding initiatives to position the company as a trusted HR partner. Provide regular recruitment MIS reports, dashboards, and hiring status updates. Key Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of recruitment practices in the BFSI industry. Familiarity with various sourcing channels and recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of BFSI job roles (Sales, Credit, Risk, Operations, Finance, Compliance, etc.). Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure. Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in BFSI or related sectors. Experience in bulk hiring as well as niche hiring (mid to senior-level positions). Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems.
