Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and energetic Field Recruiter to support our logistics operations by managing on-ground recruitment activities for delivery personnel, warehouse staff, and other frontline roles. This position involves a mix of fieldwork and including sourcing candidates through local outreach, job fairs, and calling . The Field Recruiter will verify documents, and facilitate onboarding directly at hubs or recruitment locations. They will also make high-volume calls to screen candidates and hire them for delivery boy job, ensuring a steady lineups of riders for urgent operational needs. Close coordination with logistics managers and HR teams is essential to align recruitment efforts with business demands. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in the field, have strong interpersonal skills, and be able to manage recruitment activities independently in a fast-paced environment.
