About the Role

Battery Smart is looking for energetic and target-driven 2W Swap Executives to drive on-

ground customer acquisition, sales conversions, and territory coverage across assigned

locations. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy field work, interacting with customers,

and achieving sales targets through direct engagement.

Key Responsibilities

 Conduct on-ground visits across the assigned territory to identify and engage

potential customers

 Drive customer acquisition and sales conversions through direct interaction

 Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

 Initiate conversations, communicate oƯerings, and close sales independently

 Perform follow-ups with prospective customers to improve conversion rates

 Handle basic objections and negotiations during the sales process

 Ensure consistent field presence and complete coverage of the assigned area

 Maintain high levels of energy, consistency, and execution intensity in daily work

 Take ownership of assigned territory and sales targets

 Share regular updates with reporting manager on progress and challenges

Preferred Candidate Profile

 Candidates with field sales experience from any industry

 B2C sales experience preferred

 Freshers willing to work full-time may also apply

 Candidate must own a Bike and Smartphone

 Comfortable with daily field travel and outdoor work

 Strong communication and convincing skills

 Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
