Work Details
- 6 Days Working with Rotational Shifts
- 1 Rotational Week Off (6 offs/month)
- 9 Hours Shift (Including 1-hour break)
- Incentives based on performance
- Night shifts applicable (for male employees only)
- Immediate joiners preferred
Responsibilities
- Connect with customers via calls, chats, and emails using provided leads
- Convert leads into successful sales
- Maintain and update lead database
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
