Marketing Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive Concrete Blocks

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell concrete blocks and related construction products 

Key Responsibilities:

Identify new customers such as builders, contractors, architects, masons, and project managers.

Generate sales leads and convert them into orders.

Promote concrete blocks (solid/hollow blocks, paver blocks, cover block etc.).

Visit construction sites regularly for product promotion and order follow-ups.

Explain product features, quality standards, and cost benefits to clients.

Prepare and send quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals.

Maintain dealer relationships and expand the dealer network.

Track competitor pricing and market trends.

Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.

Maintain daily visit reports and achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in construction materials or concrete block sales (preferred).

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Must be comfortable with fieldwork and travelling.

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, WhatsApp communication).

Education: Any degree/diploma. Civil or marketing background is an advantage.
