Job Description : ■ Understand the core values of the company and its goals
■ Research the market and related products for possible business opportunities
■ Present the product favorably and in a structured professional way face to face
■ Maintain and Develop relationships with channel partners in person and via telephone calls and e-mails
■ Cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
■ Act as a contact between our company and its existing and potential markets
■ Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close deals
■ Challenge any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy
■ Advise on forth coming product developments and discuss special promotions to the brokers Desired Skills
■ Experience in a Sales driven organization (Pharma/BFSI/Telecom/FMCG/Insurance/Real Estate) Incentives & Benefits : - Attractive Incentives: You will earn 10–20% commission on every property sold in addition to your fixed pay. -
Weekly Offs: You will have 2 fixed weekly offs on Monday and Tuesday. - Site Visits: Site visits are to be conducted only on Saturday and Sunday. -
Performance-Based Appraisal: - If you successfully complete 3 property deals within 3 months, you become eligible for the “Goal Sheets Appraisal Program.” - Under this program, you will receive a promotion, salary hike, and additional incentives based on performance.
