Job Title: HR Recruiter

Timing: 10-7 

Location: Thane & vashi 

Week-off: Sunday Fixed off 

Salary: depends upon interview

Key Responsibilities:

1. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles

2. Manage end-to-end recruitment process

3. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies

4. Build relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders

5. Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures

6. Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reports

7. Conduct interviews and assessments

8. Negotiate salary and benefits with selected candidates

9. Ensure seamless onboarding process

Requirements:

1. fresher or 6 months - 1 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in BPO

2. Strong understanding of recruitment principles and practices

3. Good - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

4. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
