Role Overview

JPrime Buildcon LLP is looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the end-to-end recruitment process. The role involves hiring top talent across sales, marketing, technical, and support functions, ensuring the organization builds a strong and high-performing workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding
• Collaborate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring needs
• Develop effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, references, and consultants
• Handle bulk hiring (especially sales teams) and niche hiring for specialized roles
• Screen, shortlist, and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth candidate experience
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics (TAT, cost per hire, joining ratio, etc.)
• Strengthen employer branding through recruitment campaigns and postings
• Ensure timely closure of positions within deadlines
• Maintain recruitment MIS and reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred)

Experience

• 4–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
• Experience in Real Estate / BFSI / Sales hiring preferred
