Job Description
Job Title: HR & Admin Intern
Location: Goregaon (W), Mumbai
Work Hours: Mon–Sat | 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Work from Office)
Stipend: ₹5,000 - ₹8,000/month
Cian Vision Technologies (P) Limited (CVTPL) is hiring an HR & Admin Intern with strong communication and execution skills. This is not a routine HR role. Your two core, non-negotiable responsibilities will be Recruitment and Bidding on freelancing platforms.
You will actively source and call candidates, screen profiles, coordinate interviews, and drive closures. You must be confident on calls and able to engage candidates professionally. You will also assist in bidding on freelancing platforms by drafting proposals and managing opportunities that directly impact business growth.
Alongside this, you’ll support HR operations, documentation, onboarding, coordination, attendance tracking, and basic compliance, helping streamline internal workflows.

• Willingness to learn and take ownership
