Job Summary

We are seeking a high-energy HR Recruiter to join our staffing team to manage full-cycle recruitment. You will source, screen, and submit qualified candidates to meet our clients' diverse hiring needs. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at building relationships. 

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing: Proactively identify candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and internal databases.
• Screening: Evaluate candidate resumes, conduct phone screenings, and perform interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with account managers to understand client requirements and provide timely updates on recruitment progress.
• Selection & Onboarding: Shortlist candidates, coordinate interviews, conduct reference checks, and assist with onboarding.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage talent pipelines.
• Metrics: Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) including time-to-fill and candidate quality.

Requirements & Skills

• Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter, preferably in a staffing firm.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume hiring and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relevant field
