📍 Location: Mulund, Mumbai

💼 Position: HR Recruiter – Lateral Hiring

💰 Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

🎓 Education Required: Graduate in any stream

👉🏻 Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Lateral Hiring / Recruitment

Job Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end lateral hiring and recruitment process

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers

Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining

Maintain recruitment database and daily hiring reports

Understand hiring requirements and close positions within timelines

Required Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of recruitment portals and hiring processes

Ability to work in a target-oriented environment

Strong coordination and follow-up skills

Basic MS Office knowledge preferred
