Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment for service centre positions such as:
- Service Advisors
- Technicians / Mechanics
- Workshop Managers
- CRM Executives
- Support Staff
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, consultancies, and internal references
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth scheduling
- Maintain candidate pipeline and database for ongoing requirements
- Handle offer roll-out, negotiation, and joining follow-ups
- Ensure timely closure of positions as per business requirements
- Maintain recruitment trackers and reports
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring proces
