Job Description

Responsibilities :


  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone/video interviews, and schedule in-person interviews.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
  • Manage candidate pipeline, track applications, and ensure timely closures.
  • Provide exceptional candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment metrics.
