Job Description
- 💼 Job ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct telephonic interviews and initial candidate assessments.
- Schedule interviews with clients.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Achieve weekly and monthly hiring targets.
- ✅ RequirementsExperience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferred.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Apna, Job Hai, or WorkIndia is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, Email).
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- 🕒 Working HoursPart-Time (4–5 Hours per Day)
