• Recruitment & OnboardingHandle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and consultants.
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with department heads.
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documents.
• Conduct induction and orientation for new employees.
• Employee DocumentationMaintain employee personnel files and HR records.
• Ensure all employee documents are complete and updated.
• Issue employment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, experience letters, and other HR documents.
• Update employee information in the HRMS.
• Attendance & PayrollMaintain attendance, leave, and shift records.
• Coordinate monthly payroll inputs.
• Verify attendance, overtime, incentives, and leave records before payroll processing.
• Resolve employee attendance and payroll-related queries.
• HR OperationsSupport probation confirmation, promotions, transfers, and exits.
• Coordinate employee confirmation and performance review processes.
• Conduct exit interviews and complete full & final settlement documentation.
• Maintain HR reports and dashboards.
• Employee EngagementOrganize employee engagement activities and celebrations.
• Support training programs and learning initiatives.
• Address employee queries and promote a positive work environment.
• ComplianceEnsure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
• Assist in maintaining statutory records related to PF, ESIC, PT, and other compliances.
• Support HR audits and documentation.
• HR AdministrationMaintain HRMIS/HRMS records accurately.
• Prepare monthly HR reports, MIS, and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate with vendors and consultants whenever required.
• Perform other HR-related duties assigned by the HR Manager.

1–3 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Generalist role.
