Job Purpose:  

We are looking for smart, confident, and communication-skilled female candidates who can handle Instagram leads, customer follow-ups, CRM updates, and sales conversion professionally.

Candidate should have:

• good communication skills 

• basic Instagram understanding 

• customer handling ability 

• follow-up discipline 

• sales confidence 

Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Responsibilities:

• Handle Instagram inquiries, customer DMs, and WhatsApp communication professionally while understanding customer requirements and sharing product details, catalogues, pricing, and offers.

• Maintain and update customer leads in the CRM system, including lead status, follow-up records, and customer database management.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with interested and inactive customers, build strong customer relationships, and coordinate with sales, dispatch, and inventory teams for smooth order processing.

• Convert inquiries into sales by handling customer objections confidently, assisting in product selection, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from inquiry to order closure.

Requisite Skills:

• Basic computer knowledge

Education: 12th pass - Any Graduate 

Relevant Experience:  

CTC per annum: Rs1,80,000 to Rs2,16,000

Total Experience: 0-2 Years

Monthly Net Salary: Rs15,000 to Rs18,000

Work time 10:30 am to 07:30 pm
