Job Description
Dear Candidate, We are pleased to inform you that our company is expanding its health insurance sales team. We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic callers / sales executives who can effectively communicate with customers and drive health insurance sales by clearly explaining the policy benefits.
Job Role:
- Calling potential customers and explaining health insurance plans
- Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable plans
- Achieving monthly sales targets
- Maintaining proper follow-ups and building long-term customer relationships
Candidate Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Basic understanding of sales
- Ability to handle sales pressure and targets
- Willingness to work with the company for the long term
- Experience is preferred but not mandatory (Freshers with strong sales ability can also apply)
