Job Description
Location : Bhayander West
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain accurate records of customer accounts, invoices, and payments.
* Monitor and track overdue payments, identify discrepancies, and resolve billing issues.
* Communicate with customers via phone, email, or mail to request payments and resolve disputes.
* Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers.
* Update customer information and account status in the database.
* Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve customer complaints.
* Meet or exceed monthly collection targets.
* Analyze accounts and identify trends to recommend process improvements.
* Comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirement
